These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of clubedanoiva.com (the “Website”) and the self-service laundromat services offered by LA VITA BELLA BX, LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”). Please read them carefully. By using the Website or our laundromat, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Website, submitting a request through it, or using our machines and facilities, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the permission of a parent or guardian) and that you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Our services
LA VITA BELLA BX, LLC operates a self-service laundromat. Customers use our washers, dryers, folding tables, carts and other on-site amenities themselves. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not wash, dry, fold or handle customers’ laundry for them. Machine sizes, cycle options and amenities described on the Website may vary and may change from time to time.
The Website is provided for information purposes and to let you contact us. Submitting the contact form does not create a subscription, a reservation or any payment obligation.
Prices, subscriptions and one-time payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable sales tax. Current prices are posted on the Website and at the laundromat. If there is a difference, the price posted on the machine at the time of use applies.
One-time payments
A one-time payment covers a single cycle as described for the selected option. It is charged when you start the machine and does not renew.
Monthly subscriptions
- A monthly subscription includes the number and type of cycles described for the selected plan for each monthly billing period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price and are charged to your payment method on file until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time before your next billing date by contacting us. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current paid period and are not charged again.
- Unused cycles do not roll over to the next month and have no cash value.
- Subscriptions are personal and may not be shared or resold.
- We will notify subscribers at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before it applies.
Refunds and machine malfunctions
If a machine malfunctions and fails to complete a paid cycle, please tell us as soon as possible. After confirming the issue, we will provide a free replacement cycle or refund the amount paid for that cycle. Subscription fees for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we were unable to provide the service for reasons within our control.
Laundromat rules and your responsibilities
For everyone’s safety and comfort, you agree to:
- follow the instructions posted on each machine and do not overload machines;
- not wash or dry items soaked in flammable substances (gasoline, oils, solvents), items that may damage machines, or pets;
- check pockets and remove coins, pens, lighters and other objects before washing;
- remove your laundry promptly when a cycle ends; unattended items may be moved so others can use the machine;
- supervise children at all times;
- treat staff, other customers and the premises with respect.
You are responsible for checking the care labels of your garments and choosing suitable cycles and temperatures. Items left behind will be kept for at least 30 days and may then be donated or disposed of.
Personal property
Please do not leave your laundry or belongings unattended. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss of, theft of, or damage to personal property, including damage caused by customer misuse, incorrect cycle selection, foreign objects or the natural wear of garments. This does not limit any liability we may have for damage caused by our own negligence.
Acceptable use of the Website
You agree not to:
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- submit false, misleading or someone else’s information through our forms;
- send spam, malicious code or automated requests, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems;
- copy, scrape or reuse content from the Website for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by or licensed to LA VITA BELLA BX, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. Stock photographs are used under their respective licenses.
Third-party links and services
The Website may link to third-party websites or services, such as Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months before the claim.
